Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Super staff, especially Oksana who was extremely helpful coordinating a car for me and answering questions about travel :-)

Please note that the hotel does not have its own parking. The nearest private paid parking is just 100 metres from the hotel. Everything was nice and well-arranged. I especially enjoyed the staff's service. For a foreigner in a country that has air alerts, it can be odd to stay in a bomb shelter. The staff came to check if I was ok and gave me some tips about restaurants and sites in the city.
