Surrounded by coconut trees, the lagoon-facing Baan Manali Resort enjoys a quiet location on the private Nai Wok Beach in Koh Phangan. Offering free Wi-Fi, it also features a beachfront restaurant and bar. The location is so beautiful, we stayed only one night but wished we were there longer! The staff was really friendly and helpful, they kept our stuff after we checked out and lent us towels so we could go swim and hang out on the beach.

The staff at reception Kell, leo, and Nini were exceptional! All were very friendly and competent at their jobs. They always went out of their way to help and assist everyone's needs. The rest of the staff, as I observed, operated in a similar fashion. The property met all my requirements. Zero complaints. I would return!

Thongsala Pier is a 15-minute taxi or motorbike ride away. Very nice location. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room with a private rooftop. The staff was very friendly and helped us with organizing.
