Location is great.

Situated in a quiet area, it’s still incredibly close to the Republic Square, the National Museum of Serbia, the well-known busy Kneza Mihaila street, and the vibrant Skadarlija Street—both just a short stroll away. If you need anything, a minimarket is only a minute’s walk, making it so convenient. The hotel itself is pristine. The cleanliness was spotless throughout, which really made a difference in how comfortable we felt during our stay. The family room we stayed in was huge—perfect for a group or a family. We were also pleasantly surprised by the free Netflix access on the TV, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. They were beyond friendly, genuinely going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether it was providing recommendations or assisting with any request, their hospitality was top-notch. The 24-hour front desk service was an added bonus—they’re there whenever you need them. Thanks a million Stanko, Biljana, Daniela and Maria (the reception guys that we met)!!!!! We hope to see you all again either during our next stay in Belgrade or in our country, the beautiful island of Cyprus, where you are always welcome. It is one of the best experiences we have ever had. We went down a week before we were to get married and what a wonderful staff! They were genuinely interested in our lives, how the wedding would be and if we needed anything. We got to know the owner and the manager and their staff. What wonderful people! Both my husband and I work in security-classified professions so seeing how they worked as a team made our hearts melt a little extra. The hotel was also close to the city center and the staff at the reception really helped with everything, no matter what you needed. They also made it so that as a bride on my wedding day I could breathe a sigh of relief and know that they had my back if I needed them. Not only is the hotel itself good, that is, the rooms and the cleaning, but their staff made the whole experience of both showing my Belgrade to my husband and also feeling safe make me recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodation in Belgrade. My husband and I are already planning our next trip to Belgrade and of course to Zepter Hotel on Terazije 10. Located in the Savamala neighbourhood in central Belgrade, the stylish Jump INN Hotel offers elegant rooms and suites with free WiFi. The hotel's a la carte restaurant serves various Serbian specialities and vegetarian dishes. Location was great, about 15 minutes walk from the major sites. The front desk workers were exceptionally friendly and helpful, we were very impressed. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Finally the rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

All suites are luxuriously furnished and elegantly designed. They are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, air-conditioning, minibars and laptop safe box. The bathrooms feature unique glass-wall bathrooms, shower, free toiletries and slippers. Another beautiful stay in the heart of the city. We always look for a place that is walking distance to main square, restaurants and cafes, so we couldn’t be happier. Rooms were very modern and we had two balconies overlooking the main street. Housekeeping was great and cleanliness was spot on.

All accommodation units feature hardwood floors and paneling, comfortable Treca de Paris beds, Pratesi linen and antique and designer furniture pieces. Satellite TV and Nespresso machines are available in all rooms, along with mini bars and Hermes toiletries. Location great, hospitality is wonderfull, room are big, clean,with all needed facilities, great SPA, delicious breakfast, every person in the hotel staff is very kind and want to assist, when to mention especially Peter at the reception desk. Great value for money
