Very kind and knowledgeable, gave us loads of great recommendations and allowed my mother and I to check-in earlier to be able to enjoy Constanta as we arrived. Will definitely come back :)

Lucas Boutique Hotel features a 24-hour reception and provides free private parking. The hotel is right in the center of Eforie Nord. Very clean and nice. A good value for money. I loved the receptionist because she was really nice and gave us the room straight away even if it was 9 AM in the morning. The room is nicely decorated and lovely. Even if it was in the noisy center of Eforie we didn't hear the music or the sounds from outside.
