Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Casa das Proteas is located at Estrada das Covas nº8, São Jorge, Madeira Island, 50 km from Funchal. The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes. Staying in Casa das Proteas was an amazing experience. The view is absolutely stunning, the breakfast is very tasty and Teresa is super kind and helpful. We will definitely come back:)

Atlandi ookeani kaljul paiknev disainhotell asub renoveeritud traditsioonilises talumajas. Asukoht kalju peal vaatega ookeanile, suur sisehoov, kohale saab igale poole liftiga. Tervisekeskus oli mõnus, 2 mullivanni ja suur soendusega bassein vaatega ookeanile, imeline. Hommikusöök väga rikkalik, restoranis tasemel söök.Jalutuskäigu kaugusel toidupood.Restorane väljaspool ei külastanud kuna oli torm.Väga hea planeeringuga hotell.

Välibasseini ja spaakeskusega Castanheiro Boutique Hotel asub Funchalis, 500 meetri kaugusel Funchali sadamast. Perfect location in the centre of Funchal, but very quiet surroundings. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of fresh food, also made on request. A lot of local fresh fruits. Extremely helpful personnel. Goncalo recommended us several places to eat and enjoy Funchal - all of them were just great for us. Well equipped spa. We also had a massage in the hotel. Good bar on the ground floor. We did not have time to enjoy the pool bar on the roof. We made a reservation for 2 nights, but finally we have stayed 7 nights. Unforgettable stay.

With 400 meters of private sea front, the 5-star property offers spacious rooms all with balcony and views of the Atlantic and the Deserted Islands. My wife and I stayed in Albatroz for our honeymoon. It is hard to explain how beautiful and perfect everything was. From kindness of the staff, the food, the beautiful nature and beautiful resort facilities it is hard to point out the best thing. Hotel is amazingly quiet, despite being close to the airport. Both pools are great, and the view from the cliffs is unreal. The restaurant is top notch, and they serve variety of local dishes and amazing fresh fish. Internet was great, and all amenities as well. We will definitely visit again and we hope soon.

Neljatärnihotell Aqua Natura Madeira asub Porto Monizi kalurikülas, Funchali kesklinnast 45 km põhja pool. Elegantsetest tubadest avaneb vaade Atlandi ookeanile. Kohapeal on saun. Staff was nice, location was great, pool was awesome.

Staff couldn't be more friendly and Nuno the receptionist is one of the nicest people to have any contact with thank you guys!!

Set within tropical gardens on Madeira Island, this charming guesthouse features far-reaching sea views and 2 outdoor seawater pools and access to the sea. Incredible location. Breakfast had such a variety of food and delicious! Everyone was so kind! Nice size room as well, shower and tub!
