The unit we stayed was very clean & equipped with a private bathroom. We're from Malaysia and all the heating equipment in the room is purely life saver during winter! View and location? Perfect! Beach is just across the street - you'll sleep and wake up with a stunning view. Food? Perfect! Patrick prepared breakfast for his guests and we were served in his dining room, and you eat with another view :) Bread made by Patrick and cookies made by Mary-Clare are amazing too! Price is a bit on the high side, if we're visiting Kaikoura in the near future, we'll definitely go with this place again. It was nice meeting you, Patrick - and thanks for your hospitality!
