Totally nice hotel with pretty pools and a nice area. They even have some animals like turtles and cats. The pool is also very nice and the highlight is of course the nice Cenote. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food at the restraunt was good. Safe parking included.

La Casa Tia Micha ocupa un edificio de estilo colonial muy bien iluminado que hay en el centro de Valladolid, a menos de 5 minutos a pie de la iglesia de San Gervasio. This hotel was beautiful and the staff were beyond amazing. We got sick just before we arrived in Valladolid and the staff at Tia Micha went above and beyond to look after us. Great location right by the town square. Beautiful breakfasts in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Back to La Piazzetta for the second time and it was the best decision during our roadtrip in the Yucatan Peninsula! I remembered Piazzetta being a family-owned hotel in a beautiful setting with traditional rooms, lovely views and welcoming people! Our stay exceeded my expectations! We were welcomed by Leo (the owner) and it immediately felt we came back to visit old friends! Leo helped us and gave us recommendations of what not to be missed that same evening and the day after, restaurant options and must-do's! The room was big enough for four people (we were with three) and it had all the needed amenities! Perfectly clean and comfortable. We highly appreciated the coffee/juice/brioche mini breakfast offered the morning after, the help with carrying the luggage and the attention to details. We were quite sad we only booked for 1 night but it's definitely a place I would be returning in the future! Still lots to see in the area and such a beautiful welcoming place does make the whole experience much much better!

Absolutely lovely hotel, great staff, very clean and everything finished to a high standard. Hammocks in the rooms were a nice touch. Food was excellent. The only hotel where we ate in all the time.
