Dar Bensouda is located in the heart of Fes’s Medina, just 15-minute walk from Batha Square. This riad offers en suite rooms, 2 courtyards and a swimming pool.

Dar Bensouda’s rooms combine the traditional architecture of the original palace with modern comforts. The rooms and suites are arranged around the fountain courtyard. They are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom. The suites have a bathtub and sitting room. We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

Located in the medina of Fès, Riad Fes Aicha & SPA offers guest rooms with a modern, Moroccan décor and is a 2-minute walk from the central market. Excursions in the area and transfers can be organised, with an additional cost. The owner went above and beyond to make our time in Morocco even better. He even personally guided us to the taxi late at night. Additionally, he prepared a delicious dinner for us at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend this place and loved every moment of our stay.

Set in the Medina of Fès, just a 1-minute walk from the Batha Museum, Dar Al Madina Al Kadima offers guestrooms in a riad. Guests can enjoy panoramic views on the rooftop terrace and relax in the Moroccan lounge. Mohammed and Hamsa were very helpful in responding to my request seeking emergency medical assistance to address a severe cold/sore throat and stomach ailment that immobilized me, making my stay miserable. Got me checked in to a nearby hospital which successfully treated and released me within about 4 hours that turned the prospects of my trip around 180 degrees.

Set within Fes Medina, Dar Attajalli offers traditional Moroccan décor, a rooftop terrace with views of the Medina and a fountain. The spice, antique and perfume Bazaar is only a 3-minute walk away. Free Wi-Fi access is provided. The Dar Attajalli was magnificent. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The roof has nice couches where we could sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunset while drinking traditional Moroccan tea. They have an outstanding kitchen service. We were able to ask for food or tea at any time of the day. The breakfast and dinner were abundant and delicious. The hosts were very welcoming. They made sure that we had a pleasant stay. They helped us to book a walking tour around the medina of Fez which we enjoyed very much. Definitely the Dar Attajalli made our time in Fez memorable.

Located in the Fes Medina, just a 2 minutes from Quaraouiyine Mosque, Riad Kettani’s 3 flowered rooftop terraces overlook the mountains and Medina. A continental breakfast is prepared every morning and can be enjoyed on the terrace. The riad was stunning and impeccably clean. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day. The breakfast was diverse, including pancakes, yogurt, eggs, fruits, and more. We also had dinner and the chicken tajine was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and even assisted us in finding a guide to explore Fes.

Located in Fès Old Medina, Riad Rcif features traditional Moroccan décor, a hammam and a patio with a fountain. It is just an 8-minute walk from the ancient school, Bou Inania Madrasa.

All rooms offer views of the patio or medina, a seating area and TV. The en suite bathrooms feature colourful zellij and tadellakt tiles and a separate bath. We have been touring Morocco for a few days now and ended up in this FABULOUS hotel in the labyrinth of Fes. The Manager is helpful, and kind and speaks perfect English - which was a great help to us. The vibe of the hotel is ancient elegance.... built as a home in the 13th century - but almost luxury accommodation now. The food was excellent, and they have a variety of moroccon wine - which is a bit of a challenge at times if you like to have a glass with your meal. (Morrocan wine is very good BTW) The rooms are 13th century with updates where you'd want them ... plumbing etc. Very interesting and the beds are perfect. I'm an earplug person and slept right through ... but the doors are wood - so like any place, sound can come through. But it's a very quiet hotel in general. This hotel is most definitely a highlight of our tour.
