The service was incredibly friendly and warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and spacious, with no complaints whatsoever. We were lucky to have a room with a stunning view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was also very accommodating to our requests, such as allowing us to order room service even after it had officially closed. Additionally, late check-in would have been possible if there had been availability, which showed their flexibility and great customer service. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding and, in our opinion, the best of our entire trip. A special mention goes to the servers at breakfast, who were exceptionally kind and warm-hearted. The internet connection worked exceptionally well, which deserves a special mention, as it made it easy to stay connected throughout our stay. The location was excellent, right in the city centre. While it’s situated on a hill, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues, it was no problem for us. In fact, we appreciated the elevated position as it provided beautiful views from both our room and the hotel’s rooftop terrace. Overall, our experience was fantastic. We traveled as a mother and an adult son, and we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay. We are already planning to return and would highly recommend this hotel to others!

Rooms overlook the surrounding mountains and Ella Rock. Each room is equipped with a private balcony with lounge chairs. Shower facilities are in the en suite bathroom. The rooms are beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The place is within a short walking distance from the town center and has beautiful views on the surrounding mountains. The staff was beyond helpful and the food delicious. The owner was so kind as to recommend us a short hike offering stunning views off the beaten trail. He provided us with all necessary instructions. Wet had a wonderful stay. P.S.: We loved the welcome pancakes.
