The Galle Fort Hotel began life as an 18th Century Dutch villa and along the way has taken many guises from RAF barracks, post office, bakery, lapidary and in the recent past a pitch for the Fort’s... Probably one of the best hotels I stayed! Excellent rooms, incredible staff, very service orientated, great restaurant, beautiful old building in an historical setting.

The room was tiny, but this place exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and we did not miss a thing. There is a rooftop terrace with sea views for enjoying the sunset. The location inside the fort is good for exploring the old town. The old town and the fort is well walkable from this location. The bus and train stations are also within walking distance. There is a restaurant next door (called Seagreen) that is opened both for breakfast and dinner (the food was outstanding!).

El Sergent House se encuentra junto a la playa de Unawatuna y ocupa una villa boutique con una arquitectura colonial que data de 1800. Stunning!!! Extremely beautiful place to stay as long as you can!!! It feels like home although I doubt that a lot of us have such a beautiful house. Everything has the owner’s personal touch, elegant, cosy, zen, you name it!

Sri Lanka Dunes Unwatuna es un hotel boutique respetuoso con el medio ambiente cerca de la hermosa playa de Unawatuna (100 metros / 5 minutos a pie). Really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic facilities, incredibly helpful staff. The breakfast is incredible!
