The staff were some of the most friendly and service-minded I have encountered in Southeast Asia. Their hospitality was exemplary and a real testament to the high standards of this upscale establishment. The pool area is spotless and beautifully integrated into a jungle-style lounge, making it a perfect retreat. If you’re seeking a quiet, comfortable, and luxurious stay, you’ve found the right place. Featuring an indoor swimming pool, Palace Gate Hotel & Apartments offers accommodation within a 700-metre walk from Independence Monument, Wat Botum Park and the Royal Palace. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. We loved everything! Breakfast was amazing with different options, we enjoyed the gym once, and the pool access to both properties was 5 star quality. We used transportation from airport as we had traveled 22hours, expensive but worth it when you are tired and want to experience stress free arrival. We enjoyed a wonderful meal the night of our arrival. Will book again! Wish we stayed longer!
