Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property and guests can enjoy looking out into the traditional garden. Ueno Station is a 15-minute walk away. A really beautiful hotel on a quiet street. The staff were very sweet and accommodating to all our needs. The private bath was wonderful and the breakfast was also very good.

Re-opened in 2012 after thorough renovations, the Tokyo Station Hotel is registered as an Important Cultural Property and boasts gorgeous rooms in a classical European style. It features a French restaurant and stylish bars, and free WiFi is offered throughout. Its entrance is right next to the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. Everything! The location was great, the staff were magnificent, and the hotel was Wow!

Situated in the Asakusa area, Ryokan Asakusa Shigetsu has a history of 70 years. The accommodation boasts a view of the Tokyo Skytree from its Hinoki wood bath.

There is a bath for each gender on site and both the female and male baths offer a view of Senso-ji Temple’s Five-storied Pagoda. The staff was welcoming and eager to help. We shipped our luggages a day after our arrival and they even brought the heavy bags to our room in our absence. The ryokan is very well located, near the temple and the small shops. It gets very quiet at night even though it is a very busy area during the day. The room is small but well put together. Minimal decoration, traditional with tatami and comfortable futons. We were also provided with lovely snacks and tea as a welcoming package. The onsen is very intimate and private, with a view of either the temple nearby or the Skytree. We would definitely come back to this lovely ryokan when we will return to Japan!

Shiba Park Hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Onarimon Subway Station and a 4-minute walk from Daimon Subway Station. The spacious rooms include a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi is available at all areas. Public parking space is available on site at an additional charge. It was very very good hotel and lovely lobby and coffee machine espresso original , I loved this hotel , Very kindly reception and stuff

Open from December 2015, Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole is located just a 2-minute walk from Oshiage Subway Station, the closest station from the Tokyo Skytree. It features free WiFi and a restaurant. Everything was great. The staff is very helpful, especially with sending our luggage to the next Hotel in Kyoto after our stay. The room is super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Washing the laundry for a small fee worked great. Breakfast is good, for europeans a little unusual but very delicate and of high quality!

Opened in August 2014 after a thorough renovation, Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Honten has been offering heartfelt hospitality for more than a century. Its sophisticated guest rooms feature modern facilities and traditional Japanese aesthetics. It is conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from Shin-Ochanomizu Subway Station. Fantastic, hotel in a really quiet part of Tokyo that was still relatively close to transport. Our room was fantastic and the service was great.

A lounge is reserved exclusively for suite room guests to enjoy a light meal service and terrace seating. The elegant interior is designed with respect to culture and tradition suitable for being left to future generations. In the middle of Tokyo, feel the breath of each season as you experience a moment of relaxation. This was one of the best hotels I have experienced in my whole life. Every detail is thought about. Number one favourite thing for us was the garden. Absolute magic. We tried every restaurant in the hotel and each was exceptional. With two small kids, ages 5 and 2, this was the perfect hotel. I was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back.

The location is excellent, 50 seconds from JR Yamanote line station and 20 seconds from TOEI subway station - on foot. The value for the price is exceptional. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided for in the room: kettle, instant coffee bags, tea bags, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairbrush, hair bands, cotton buds, razors, shower cap and more. A fantastic experience. The staff also provided a charger, since I had left mine at home. I always stay at Apa Sugamo and will continue being their guest.

Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property and there is a restaurant on-site. The bed is really soft, very nice enjoy your big room by yourself. Lovely location.
