The air-conditioned rooms have tatami flooring and Japanese-style futon beds. Amazing traditional ryokan with a beautiful garden and super caring staff. Very goos kaiseki dinner and traditional breakfats were very tasty and plentiful. It has hot mineral water source onsen (traditional male/female room separation) and it is open practically 24 hours! So you can go there really at any time you like, even at night, and relax. It almost never happened to us that there were more than 3 people at once and you get to enjoy the beautiful garden view from the onsen all by yourself. The garden is very well cared for and has a careful selection of flowers/trees that make the place photohenic from absolutely every angle. We visited at spring and it was full of roses and cherry blossoms. The rooms overlook the garden it's just really breathtaking.

Guests staying in the Club rooms have access to the exclusive Club Lounge. The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

Extras include cable channels. The property was in a good location - a short walk from a subway station and within easy walking distance of Dotonbori. Our room was the most spacious that we had whilst in Japan. The bed was comfortable, and it was useful having the toilet separate to the bathroom. We picked this hotel because compared to others, it offered free soft drinks, ice cream and bread. Unexpectedly, they offered a happy hour each evening with alcoholic drinks. The bread served for breakfast was beyond amazing and the best we have ever tasted - freshly baked, doughy and soft, and in all kinds of flavours (our favourite was cheese/tomato and matcha). The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the price was extremely reasonable. Each day cleaning was offered and fresh towels/pyjamas were provided. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

This is great because after a long day walking, soaking into the warm spring water helps to relieve the tightness of your muscles.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room looked great and was very clean. The hotel has an ideal location, close to the metro and Osaka station.

Staff is very helpful even all check ins & check outs have now dobe through the machines.

The property is located just a 1-minute walk away from JR Shin-Osaka Station. Free WiFi and valet parking is available. The people at the front desk were exceptional. The restaurant staff were wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfasts, lunch, and dinners. We had a great time and look forward to our next visit there.
