The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. I liked everything, the staff are superb (thank you Mina, you are the best!), the food is amazing, the hot spring are relaxing, it is very clean and the location is the best in town.

The paid laundry service is also excellent. - It also has spacious public spaces so we can still stroll with the baby when it is rainy. - Staff are friendly and I asked them for help to make reservations in Japanese when one of the babies had a fever. - We had to make a lot of Amazon orders of baby waters, diapers, etc. and it was a very smooth experience to receive those packages from the bell captain. For heavy items, hotel staff will bring them to the room. - The Chinese restaurant (3rd floor) and the bakery at the lobby-level cafe are nice. - The hotel has 2 elevators at the east/west far end of the lobby level for pedestrian access in addition to the free shuttle service. - Closest train station: JR Motomachi (10~12min walk), Hankyu Hanakuma (12~15min walk)
