Very friendly and cosy atmosphere, thanks to the couple managing the hotel.They gave us very useful tips on what to do in Volterra and in the wider region. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old town and only a few steps away from the nicest restaurants and gelaterias. Furthermore the hotel is situated very close to the safe underground parking garage and the bus stop. Last but not least: the breakfast buffet is excellent!

The host was very helpful and friendly. Communication with the owner was easy, provided clear instructions in a timely manner. The location is great – just a few minutes from the city center. If I ever return to Pisa, I would gladly stay here again. I highly recommend it to everyone.
