The gorgeous historic building, well-furnished, was a treasure. Nice breakfast of homemade selections. Great location near the main town plaza. Also we adored the three house cats!

One of the cities that best represent Tuscany, Cortona is a few minutes' drive away. The pool is fabulous. Great walks in the countryside. Very friendly people work there and interesting people stay there. A short drive into Cortona, but plenty of good restaurants without having to drive up into the city.

The Baldelli Palace is a 15th-century mansion restored according to its original features and considered by various guides a true example of Cortona's architectural splendour. I loved staying in a hotel with such amazing history, the building was a few centuries old but nicely preserved and fit for contemporary needs. It was absolutely beautiful for me, but it all depends on your style and preference. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from the main square, but then Cortona is so small that everything is close 🙂. Parking is available on site which is great.

Set in Arezzo’s Piazza Grande, La Corte Del Re Suite & Rooms Arezzo is an ancient building that still has some of its original Etruscan and Medieval walls. It offers uniquely decorated rooms with kitchenettes. Marvelous stay! We really had a nice stay. It was perfect location, right in the middle of the piazza grande. Our room is like a five star hotel. I love the window with a beautiful view. Bed were very comfortable. And staff were very helpful and kind.
