It provides massage and laundry services on site, as well as a 24-hour front desk. This hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything was an absolute dream. The staff are beyond wonderful, so kind and caring. The room although on the smaller size is very thoughtfully done and they give you everything you could possibly need. 5 litres of drinking water per day, for instance!! The beach in front was calm to swim in and very pretty. Snorkel equipment was also provided and we could rent bikes at the property. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. On the whole we just loved our stay. Gili Air is like a slice of heaven! Special mention of Rizaan at the front desk who took great care of us!

The resort has traditional Sasak design and offers a beachfront infinity pool, two spa centres and an adults only pool and gym. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi and parking. I recommend it with all my heart. Fantastic breakfasts, polite and helpful pesolel, cleanliness at the highest level.
