We experienced a small hiccup during check-in and with the room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it quickly. The hotel itself is fantastic, the food is incredibly delicious, and the sunsets are breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!

Die Unterkunft Kaluku Bungalow erwartet Sie mit traditionellen, von Reisscheunen inspirierten Bungalows und Deluxe Zimmern in Gili Air, nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand von Gili Air entfernt. The staff was super amazing and so the service. The hotel is located beach front and restaurant/breakfast area is at the beach. Complementary drinks and snacks were restocked every day. Beds were comfortable and room was very cozy. Hotel also offers snorkeling tours (very good prices), snorkeling equipment, spa, bikes and restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a coral reef just in the hotel beach which is really great for snorkeling.

Very nice location, nothing was in the wrong place, we had every comfort. Moreover, staff were simply amazing, truly kind and helpful. We had help in renting bikes and in booking the boat back to Bali (inclusive of transfer to our next stop in our trip) for a very cheap price! Breakfast also was a nice touch, varied and delcious.

I genuinely think this is the best hotel on the island. The staff could not have been any better, so helpful, attentive and friendly to us. Location is incredible, the pool facilities were great, especially the one at the front with the swim up bar. We also ate at the BBQ restaurant belonging to the hotel and this was great too. Rooms were spacious and no issues with noise at all despite being near the Irish bar (hotel provided ear plugs just in case but we never needed these). If I came back to Gili T I would never stay anywhere else other than this hotel. The breakfast options were fantastic too… If you stay here order the frojhito cocktail!

Wilson's Retreat offers a tropical oasis with an outdoor pool and Asian and International restaurant & bar. Room was so beautiful and clean. Pool is nice. Beach is super calm and breakfast on the beach was cool! They offer bicycles for rent. You get fresh drinking water every day and some local snacks. Great experience overall!
