Situated near Tsivili, on a cliff in Akrotiri area, this place has an amazing view over the sea. You can see both sunset and sunrise from this place. The apartment is very clean, big and comfy, has everything you need, even a washing machine and a nespresso machine. After a full day exploring the island we liked to relax near the pool or at the small private beach reading a book and watching the sunset with a drink from the bar. The owner and the entire staff are very friendly and made our stay amazing. The breakfast was a la cart and very delicious, i enjoyed very much the pancakes with apricot jam.

Ms Katrina at reception desk was excellent. she give us greate support when my wife had health problems. we really appriciate her hospitality and kindness. Room is clean, Pool is greate, Food is nice , Staff is very kind and frendly.

This room is located on the ground floor and offers limited side views to sea from balcony. It features LCD TV, air conditioning, sun lounger, entertainment system, WiFi, bathrobe and espresso machine with organic coffee. It was a really good breakfast. It was connected to the beach and the staff was really friendly and Ashley helped me a lot. If I visit zakinthos again, I will stay at this hotel.

The boutique Balcony Boutique Hotel is located on a cliff side, offering panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and direct access to Tsilivi Beach. It features a garden and a sun terrace, while free WiFi is available in all areas. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of pastries, eggs, juices, coffee, etc. Really very good! Reception was very attentive to our needs and requests provident assistance to book some tours and following up on case of delays or updated info due to inclement weather. Location was considered very good but a car is really important to provide flexibility to achieve the several points of interest of the island.
