All well appointed rooms offer elegant decoration with light wood furnishings. They feature air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with bathroom amenities and TV. The staff is very polite and efficient, the location is beautiful, close to the port but also not far from the commercial center of Volos. Breakfast is satisfying. The room was spacious and the bed was big and comfortable. I would stay there again!

The hotel is well located, 5mn driving from the closest monasteries, and 15mn walking from the start of a hiking trail that takes you along several monasteries. The hotel also have dedicated parking spaces (on the street in front). The staff was really nice. Always caring, and they even helped us find a car repair shop nearby. Their restaurant is the best rated in Kastraki village, and deserves it! Their breakfast was also really decent.

The nearest beach is 2 km away. The apartament was perfect for a plane spotter, great view to the airport and from 5 min distance from the close spotting places. The apartament was big enough for 5 persons, cosy and well equipped for preparing meals.

The property was built in 2004 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace. Rooms are fitted with a balcony with garden views. I’ve never started a review this way before, but here goes. If you are lucky enough to find Stolios Apartments available to you at the time you want to visit, BOOK IT NOW. You won’t regret it! These are the words that best describe the accommodations: Traditional, delightful, enchanting, with breath-taking views and beautiful gardens. The place itself is amazing with its old-style Greek charm, but still has all the modern conveniences you’ll need. That in itself would be plenty, but that was not the best part of our stay. The hosts George and Debi are incredible and were the most fantastic part of our visit. George met us as we got off the ferry and we were grateful to follow him up to the lodging which was quite a ways up the mountain and seemed a bit confusing. Debi was waiting for us and greeted us warmly. We sat at a table on their charming courtyard as George showed us on a map the highlights of Skopelos as we ate a delicious apple cake served by Debi. When we were shown to our room we were blown away by the huge patio with amazing views of the Aegean Sea. The room was very comfy and roomy, and we had a bottle of wine and cookies awaiting us. Every morning Debi served us a nice breakfast which we appreciated. We were the last guests for the season along with another couple in the adjoining room, so perhaps that’s why George and Debi felt the need to invite us to their home on the property and served us a traditional Greek meal? When we left the following morning they had small bon voyage gifts which we were touched by. They go above and beyond being hospitable, and we will forever remember George and Debi who helped make our stay there so memorable!
