Aristi Mountain Resort sits on the highest point of Aristi village, offering views over the Vikos Gorge and the Towers of Papigo. Guests enjoy free access to the resort’s spa with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam bath. Everything was great.. aristi was the perfect location to stay to get around Zagorochoria. The apartments have the perfect view. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and kind.

With stunning views of the Metsovo landscape and mountains of Pindos, the Archodiko Metsovou is a newly built mansion situated in the center of Metsovo, thoughtfully designed to complement its beautiful surroundings. Facilities include a spa centre with double whirlpool bath, professional massage chairs, power plate, sauna and hammam. There is also a communal pool and an outdoor hot tub. Everything was perfect. The rooms are really nice, very clean with a perfect mountainside view. The breakfast was excellent, and the host was amazing, we even got a good recommendation for the local taverna. We were really sad that we were only staying for one night.

Featuring a well-tended garden, the stone-built Its Kale Boutique Hotel offers elegantly decorated accommodation in the scenic area of Kastro in Ioannina. A lounge area fitted with well-chosen furnishings, parquet floors and a fireplace is available on site. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We bicycled from Igoumenitsa to Ioannina and we were caught in the rain the last 45 minutes. Needless to say we were exhausted when we arrived at this cozy welcoming hotel. The manager offered warm drinks and cake to us to cheer us up! He explained where the interesting parts of the Old Town, and the main city were, and gave us recommendations for restaurants. The location is great, in the Old Town. The breakfast is a lovely choice of many items including spanikopita!

This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The amenities and Kyriakos (host) hospitality was amazing and we would definitely come back again.

The hosts are extremely welcoming - they offered solutions to all our little needs, treated us to the most delicious breakfasts, including handmade cakes and pies (and were even kind enough to wait for the sleepyheads to get up and have breakfast at 11am instead of 10am, as is the policy), brought coffee on the house for those who had work to do, and gave us the opportunity to enjoy the most wonderful dinners in their family tavern. Definitely a place that offers good value for money and well worth a return visit.

Offering a pool and a bar, the stone Avragonio is located 300 metres from Papigo Village centre. Built according to the local, traditional architecture, it features accommodation with fireplace and Tymfi Mountain views. Free WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. The view from our room was absolutely exquisite. The location was close to the Vikos Gorge for anyone who is interested in hiking. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay long enough to truly enjoy all that the accommodation had to offer. The breakfast was healthy, plentiful and with a lot of choice. We would 100% return to this absolutely stunning accommodation in this unbelievably beautiful area

Facilities also include a farm with horses, and a spa centre with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. It’s an amazing place to unwind and recharge the batteries. It’s a high quality hotel, excellent facilities and services. The Spa is outstanding. Petros and the other people at the reception, bar, spa, restaurant were extremely professional and well coming. The room was impeccable: very spacious and clean and with a superb mountain view.

The property is around 28 km from Monastery of Panagia Spiliotissa, 33 km from Perama cave and 40 km from Tymfi mountain. The property is non-smoking and is set 16 km from Rogovou Monastery. The place is highly recommended: we had a cozy room in the traditional but well-renovated house of Dilofo village, with a comfy bed, a fireplace, fully equipped, great breakfasts, and a bunch of useful tips from the host (Marios was attentive and helpful, whether we needed to plan our route for the day trip, book a place for dinner or light a fireplace for us, etc.). Won't even be looking for other places to stay in Zagori — we'll definitely come back to 'Aithrio' to experience the spring-summer season in the region!
