Hotel L’ocean is located in Le Bois-Plage-en-Re, on the Ile de Re. Just 800 metres from the beach, it offers an outdoor swimming pool and wellness centre. Excellent staff, great decor, restaurant was excellent. Could not have expected better.

Hôtel La Jetée is located on the edge of Saint-Martin-de-Ré’s port, on the Île de Ré. Ideal location and lovely hotel and staff

Hotel de Toiras provides accommodation on the Île de Ré, next to the Saint-Martin-de-Ré harbour. Some rooms offer a view of the harbour. Toiras has a restaurant and a garden. Perfect location and upscale hotel with the most efficient and helpful staff

The Fleur de Ré is located on the Ile de Ré, off the coast of La Rochelle and is only 500 metres from the sea. It has a seasonal outdoor pool, a terrace and offers free Wi-Fi access in public areas. The host was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very cute. The breakfast was quite good.

Located on the Ile de Ré, La Galiote is just 500 metres from La Flotte Harbour and the beach. It offers air-conditioned and soundproofed rooms with a private bathroom and free internet access. Exceptionally friendly staff—Lindsay, in particular. Great proper French breakfasts, and a convenient location a short walk from the port. We will come back!

Only 60 metres from the port and Saint-Martin marina, Villa Clarisse & Spa by Olivier Claire offers en suite accommodation in a centrally located, 18th-century villa. Excellent location, on a beautiful, quiet street just a two minute walk from the port.
