From the parking area to the room everything is so easy. The place looks brand new. Everything is super clean. Receptionists are very friendly and pleasant. The room was large, AC worked well, view on the garden is nice and insulation is great. The breakfast is not a buffet; the staff takes your order and serves you with a large smile. The variety is great. The restaurant is not open at night; but there is a large shopping center at a walking distance with good restaurants and a gas station. Everything to make an extremely pleasant stop on our way back to Portugal.

Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade. It offers discounted access to La Perla Spa and air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. Our bedroom was luxurious and met all our expectations. The hotel is perfectly located on the beach promenade, close to local bars and restaurants, and with easy access to public transport for outlying areas.

The location is great - it’s a walking to the Old Town, the beach, and many shops. The bed was so comfy, plus the bathroom looks new and spotless! I am not why this hotel is rated as a 1-star hotel on googlemaps, when I believe it’s much better than other 3-star hotels in Europe. This is a great value for money. I would stay here again next time!
