We had a business meeting we had to organize, a staff member called Queen took care of us. She provided a detailed plan for the next days meeting and even helped us pick the menu for the main course. The service was top notch and the place is also super clean. We will definately be coming back to this hotel whenever we have a meeting in Shenzhen.

Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire property. I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and spoke fluent English, making everything so much easier. The free breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. My room was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city, which was a nice bonus. One tip: make sure to request a non-smoking room if that's your preference, as some rooms do allow smoking. Also, if you're visiting from Australia, bring power adapters—there was only one socket compatible with our plugs in the room. Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, amenities, and excellent service!

Have stayed here numerous times and look forward to staying here again next year!
