Very friendly and helpful staff. They were unable to accommodate us due to unexpected plumbing issues in our room. However, they arranged an alternative hostel (which was lovely) and drove us to it. They also gave us coffee and cake while they were sorting all this out.

Beautiful place with a wonderful host, everything was fantastic! Great ambiance, breakfast and lovely music. Very kind owner and his wife (also cute daughter) made us feel right at home :-)

Property located in a very quiet & safe area. I had to park my car outside the hotel and there was never any issue - safety wise. Very clean and nicely decorated - some lovely antiques on display in the reception area made it look more welcoming. Breakfast was fair.

This is a wonderful place and Marion is a lovely host, as are her staff. The food is exceptional - both the buffet breakfast and the dinner served on request. This was our third time staying here - it's a great place to break up a long car trip from Santiago to the south. We'll definitely be back again.

We loved everything! The setting is beautiful, the rooms are large and comfortable, the pool is wonderful, the food is absolutely fantastic, the rooftop is excellent for stargazing and Marion (together with her lovely staff) is the best, friendliest, kindest, most helpful host in the world! Marion's travel advice was so useful to us and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. I honestly don't think we have ever stayed in a better place and we would return over and over again if we could.

what a lovely place to stay! This was booked last minute as close to the bus station. There was a really nice atmosphere with all the plants and decoration. The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly. it was great to have access to a kitchen and even though the room was very small it was clean and the bathroom was a good size.
