From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

The family-run, non-smoking Hotel Gloria in Beatenberg, a 10-minute walk from the Niederhorn cable car, offers spacious ROOMS ALL WITH PRIVATE BALCONIES AND LAKE AND MOUNTAIN VIEWS. Wi-Fi and parking are available for free. We stayed for a few nights and everything was perfect. The staff were extremely kind, always smiling and very helpful. They were also amazing with the kids, which made our stay extra special. The hotel is about 15 minutes by car from Interlaken, in a quiet spot on a small hill—great for relaxing while still being close to the town. Our room had a beautiful view, especially during sunset. Very clean, calm, and comfortable overall. We’d love to come back again!

Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Location was great, within walking distance to the main shopping street and right by the river. The view was magnificent, overseeing the mountains. Room was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The check-in instructions were super clear, so when we got there, the process was very smooth. The App to control the door and the check-in/out process is super cool.

Location is very close to interlaken west station. Very good customer service, breakfast is good and fresh. Staff in the reception are very nice, attentive and helpful. We like everytjing.

Hotel Lötschberg is perfectly located in a short walk (2-3mins) of Interlaken West station. It has a nice view of surrounding mountain and can see the paragliders. I got the best room on this hotel (Room 1 on 1st floor) with nice terrace where you can get a coffee or smoke. My room had decent space for single occupancy and can still move around and had nice working space too. Beds are comfy and had great sleep for 3 nights of stay even I didn't turn the AC on. The breakfast selection is good, typical swiss cold meat, cheese and pastries and cereals, salads and drinks. The hotel staff Lenka was super awesome and accommodating and had great customer experience because of her. I will definitely recommmend this hotel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
