It’s a beautiful property, and they provide an incredible experience for the guests: the room was very clean, big, and bright, the staff was super nice, the food was very tasty - we felt it was a great value for the price of the stay.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look after the guests and are willing to help. I was very impressed by the customer service. There are two supermarkets with a walking distance, and the bus stops right in front of the hotel.

This hotel features Alpine-style rooms, suites and studios with free internet access and a spa with swimming pools. It is located in the Bavarian winter sports resort of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Breakfast was very good, everything you would expect to see, hot and fresh, coffee quickly offered and topped up. Restaurant is very nice, especially window seats.
