The Service was excellent and our stay was so relaxing , all the staff From reception to restaurant were are really friendly and helpful, the location is just perfect for a walk close to city centre free parking, the swimming pool and rooms are very clean, food was delectable.

A public car park is situated nearby. Response of the property is timely. Location is in the middle of the center. Good restaurant downstairs. Breakfast option is very good, its like having a high tea. The owner is very lovely she got us upgraded and accepted our request for late check out.

The room was excellent, a bit bigger than expected, and was probably recently renovated (or very well maintained). The shower and WC were super clean, and the shower was the most comfortable I have ever experienced. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable, as were the bed and pillows. Totally 10/10. The hotel staff was super nice and helpful, they helped out with a late check in, and with great suggestions for excursions outside of Salzburg as well as savings on local attractions. Thanks to them we had the greatest unplanned trip outside the city. The breakfast was varied and fresh - totally worth the price, and not having to have breakfast in the city. Having it outside in the hotel's courtyard was a real treat!
