The professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Especially the morning concierge Todd. He made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect stay. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool as advertised, great breakfast and above all very helpful staff. The decorum and public areas are exceptional.

I was greeted in a charming and friendly manner which I was pleased. We were asked about our stay and told about the hotel and where to find our way around.
