While I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, a frustrating situation arose concerning transportation to the airport. I had pre-arranged an Uber for the day prior to my check-out. Upon speaking with the receptionist, I was informed of a complimentary shuttle service, leading me to cancel the Uber and incur a $50 cancellation fee. However, when I was ready to depart with my luggage, the shuttle driver informed me that the service does not extend to the international airport, which was quite confusing and frustrating.

Everything the staff was excellent and professional and friendly they accommodated our need for an early shuttle bus to the airport.

This oceanfront hotel features direct beach access, sea and pool view restaurant with a bar. Shopping, dining and entertainment at Miami Beach are 20 minute's drive away.

The staff are courteous, attentive, and overall phenomenal. The rooms are immaculate and tastefully made. The bar is lively and the drinks are more than on point. Even the toiletries, a commonly overlooked detail in the contemporary hospitality world, are of quality and is the perfect finishing touch to the overall relaxing atmosphere of this hotel. You can definitely tell that a genuine effort was made to develop a space and experience where one could escape from the stresses of the world, even if only momentarily. Truly a jem of a hotel, definitely will be coming here again.
