We had room with the balcony and it was spacious and very clean. Hotel provides comfortable experience in the Taipei central district. Breakfast buffet is different every day and each dish is very tasty. Afternoon tea and night soup is thoughtful addition. But what makes this place stand out (in my opinion) - is staff! everybody is professional, super friendly and helpful! Want to thank Harry and Kim who provided 11 out of 10 service! I know where we will stay when next time in Taipei

Great bathroom: large shower space, and sufficient table space around the faucet for toiletries. The bed is king-sized. Both of these cannot be said for other hotels in the area, so this is great. There were one washing machine and one clothes dryer. Luckily I went there at 8am so they were available. Free coffee and wifi while waiting were appreciated. You can arrange for private rides to the airport with the front desk. They were very up-to-date with the status of the booking.

The location was great. It was very easy to get to the MRT, as literally less than 1 min walking distance to the MRT. It was also walking distance to the night market. The room was clean and quiet. It is not a big room, but has all the necessities. It was a great value. Will stay again and as well as recommend to others

The reception is on the 4th floor not ground floor which means great privacy I can take the elevator and get directly in the room. The room is very spacious for Taipei hotel standard. It has a huge window as well. The bathroom is huge. The rrom is very clean.

    Great boutique hotel. Room space is well designed. Booked a family room with 2 queen bed and small dining table. Breakfast spread was decent and sufficient. Free snack bar even at night. Favorite facility provided was the free use of laundry and dryer! So much convenient for family stay. Location was great, XMD just across the street. with Sanrio themed 7-11 at level 1 of hotel.
