The entire hotel is built around servicing its clients. The customer service is outstanding, from the airport pick up, through the concierge, the housekeeping staff and all the team. The facilities themselves are outstanding, and we had an amazing guide to take us to the desert and the Wadis. A truly excellent hotel on every level.

Everything was super ;) Panoramic Roof... dinner. Pool. We liked it so much. Unfortunately, only for Transit night, but all in all, it was a great and friendly experience. Sure going back to Oman ;)))
