It’s cozy with good taste. The owner is down to earth and very easy to talk to like a good old friend. She pampers us well with free snacks in the lounge along with a bottle of wine and some liqueurs. The TV has a variety of channels and we spent a great deal in the lounge just to chill and watching the sun go down. Our room is spacious with fridge, kettle along with tea, coffee and delicious muffins. We also made good friend with Benji the dog. Our stay was a very enjoyable 3 nights. We were aware of the walk up and we made plan to walk down to town do our things, finish our meal early afternoon and walk up slowly, it was fine with us and a great way to walk off the big meal we had ;D

The room is beautiful, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. The complimentary snacks and drinks from the hotel are exquisite. The bathroom is very clean, and the location is excellent—it’s only a two-minute walk to the downtown, and the gondola is also nearby.

The view is absurdly beautiful. On the Balcony with a glass of white wine and spending hours just enjoying the breathtaking views of lake, mountains and Remarkables. Room is great. Price is high, but well worth it.

The view and very spacious appartments, washing machine saved us (we were on holiday for 1.5 weeks and some clean clothes were due!) I highly appreciated the profesionalism and customer care of the Hotel Manager, who stepped in, in regard to a misunderstanding with the room assignment, and he made sure we are comfortable with our stay.

The three bedroom had a room upstairs which was nice for the children to have their own little place. Also the amazing views.
