I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Bed and Breakfast in Lake Garda for five wonderful days. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment made my stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free.One of the standout features was the free parking, which is a huge plus in this popular destination. It made exploring the area so convenient and hassle-free.The location of the B&B couldn't have been better. Nestled in a picturesque spot, it offered easy access to all the attractions and activities Lake Garda has to offer. Whether you're looking to relax by the lake, explore the local towns, or embark on outdoor adventures, everything is within a short distance.The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the amazing buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start each day.Overall, this Bed and Breakfast exceeded all my expectations. Lovely staff! The customer care seems to be the most important target for the owner. Good breakfast, overall compared with the category of the hotel (3 stars). The waitress Oksana is very gentle. The location is perfect for visinting the amusement park like Gardaland that is far not more than 2 Km.

Hotel Villa Rosa is right on Desenzano del Garda's lakefront, near a small beach area and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. It offers a restaurant, an outdoor pool and hot tub.

The room was lovely, well maintained clean and in good order. The view of the lake was especially lovely, although in the summer the trees on the opposite side of the road will obscure some of the view. The room was a suite with lake view and was big enough to accommodate 4 big (77cm) luggage bags! Excellent cupboard space.

Location was excellent for our needs. Not in the center of town, but walkable even for a family along the lakeside promenade. Close to (comfortable) buses for Gardaland and Simone, each only 15 minutes in either direction. Less than 200 meters down to the lake where lounges and umbrellas are available for a reasonable price, as well as kayaks, SUPs, & paddle boats. Chiara is a perfect host. She provided lots of useful information and is happy to help. Reception isn't 24 hours, but always accessable. Property has a well-kept garden with lots of seating.
