I really liked the room, very clean, quiet and with an amazing hydro tub close to the bed :) Anyway, what I loved more was the kindness of the staff. In particular, Sandra saved our wedding anniversary not once but twice! Thank you and thanks to everyone at the property!!

Great location. It takes 10 minutes of walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the town square. Easy walk to the Sacri Monti. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the tourist attractions, making it a perfect place to have a relaxed vacation. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great.

Central location, overlooking the square. Underground parking nearby (€20 per day), under ten minutes walk from the hotel. Fabulous breakfast that caters well for all tastes. It included meats, cheese, vegetables, fresh fruit, cakes, yoghurt, freshly made coffee by the staff… you name it! Eclectic decor, which was a creative mix of traditional & modern. Separate WC to shower. Spacious shower (in the bedroom, but with a glass screen). Comfy bed in spacious bedroom. Very helpful staff. Dog friendly (€10 per night).

The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

The hotel is near to the train station, has parking, it is clean and modern, the breakfast is good and so is the new spa and gym. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
