This was a great place for our stay in Naples. Its in a perfect location and the room was so clean and brand new. I've stayed in Naples multiple times and this was the most comfortable. Gabriela at the front desk was so helpful and very sweet. Even the security people were so helpful and friendly. I would stay again.

While our trip began with some challenges—our flight being canceled, for example— Palazzo Esedra team’s efforts truly turned things around and made this trip a memorable experience. Although the hotel is rated 4 stars, the service we received was definitely 5-star quality. The care, attention, recommendations and assistance provided throughout our stay were exceptional! The housekeeping team, in particular, was outstanding in maintaining cleanliness and attending to every detail in our room. One suggestion I have is to consider adding more variety to the breakfast buffet, perhaps by including more vegetables. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I would happily recommend your hotel to friends and family. Special thank you to Alberto and his team!!

It was my first time visiting Naples, and I was with my 22-year-old daughter. We arrived at the airport late, at 10:30 PM, and caught the Alibus bus from the airport to the port. Initially, I found the eight-minute walk from the port to the hotel a bit ‘big city scary’, but the next day, I realized it was a completely safe area. I was pleased that I hadn’t booked a room right in the center of historic Naples because friends that had, found the centre of historic Naples very noisy and tiring! The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle for tea, blackout lining on the curtains at night, double glazing, fab bathroom and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was perfect, we were just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the historic part of the city, a two-minute walk to the metro, and a five-minute walk to the ferry. The location was perfect. The staff were wonderful. The man and woman who served breakfast were lovely, and there was a great choice of both sweet and savoury. The receptionists were kind and helped us with advice and even printed out tickets when I couldn’t do it on my phone! The people who cleaned the rooms were fantastic. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.

If you're looking for a good hotel in Naples, make sure you book a room at UNAHOTELS ! It's opposite the main train station and you can explore absolutely everything from there. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. My special thanks go to Anna(maria), who made me feel very well looked after. The room was spacious, super tidy, and air-conditioned. All amenities were restocked on a daily basis, and a lot of fresh towels included. It's just fantastic! I didn't feel unsafe, but avoided leaving the hotel after 10:00 PM. Safety inside the hotel is impeccable, though! As the hotel is located directly in the city's center, you can explore everything by walking, by bus or by tram. The breakfast is one of a kind. There's nothing that isn't available. Even OatMilk was available, you can find all sorts of fruits, cereal, toast, croissants, yogurt, cheese, ham, olives, pancakes: you name it, they have it!
