Absolutely superb experience. Fabulous room, grounds and hotel immaculately clean and well maintained. Food superb and staff could not do more to help - very professional and friendly. This is a 5 star stay. I am fussy and could not find one fault.

The location was fantastic if you are looking for a quiet, yet immersive experience in Italy. The property is an old farm, with chickens and other animals close by, but still has that amenities that you would want. The restaurant on site is amazing and I can understand why people come from far away to eat there.

Strategic location, Assisi within 15 minutes' walking distance, very nice service, we got an upgrade to a room with a view of Assisi, delicious breakfast, parking included in the price in the front of the hotel.

The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The sauna was excellent and the setup was impressive. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
