We were greeted with a warm welcome and this approach continued for the whole stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautiful, right on the edge of the lake and our balcony gave us spectacular views of the lake. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

Friendly staff clean tidy rooms with fridge kettle and glasses as well as bottle opener well equipped. The shower was great too , our room had a view over the castle and lake with was beautiful , breakfast was amazing a great selection of everything and was beautiful

From the moment we arrived the service provided was friendly and very attentive. The aesthetic of the property is beautiful, making us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Food in the bistro was exceptional. We will definitely come back and stay for longer next time we are in Italy.

Perfect location directly on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful in any way. Very good breakfast. You can reach the center of Malcesine comfortable with a nice walk on the promenade along the lakeside. Genious are the three tables of the restaurant directly at the lake.
