Location was easy to find and with free on street parking very near. The room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace overlooking the old city was fantastic with excellent service. Gianluca was the nicest man you could ever wish to meet and so very helpful. Communication prior to arrival, at check in and at all times during our stay was excellent.

The bedroom in general, and the bathroom in particular, were modern and very large. The facilities were excellent and the breakfast had everything you expect: salty as well as sweet, and good coffee. The hotel is slightly out of the city center, so it needs a 15-minutes walk to the old Lecce, but it is a pleasant walk.

The building is beautiful and perfectly located, walking distance to everything. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The host was lovely! Very helpful and welcoming. I also enjoyed my breakfast with some eggs made to order and typical Italian/Puglia pastry. There's even a large rooftop terrace! I would stay here again.

The hotel's staff was amazing. After a long day of sightseeing, the spacious rooms with two double beds and a suite with a small kitchen, living room half bath, and bedroom with a king-size bed and spacious bathroom met all of our needs. The breakfast was plentiful and included a variety of sweet and savory items. The staff was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my passengers and our luggage before finding parking. The hotel staff also suggested a great place to eat, which was so fantastic that we went there twice during our stay.

Location absolutely perfect. The apartment is huge. Everything you need is supplied. Breakfast is great. Franzi is an amazing guy. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. He even waited for us until 23:30 when our train was delayed. The apartment is very good value for money and perfectly located. Franzi is fantastic. Very highly recommended.
