We arrived late and had no problems. The place was nice and cozy. The staff was reliable. When there was a misunderstanding, I went to reception and Ana helped me and sorted everything out. They agreed to keep our belongings after we left the room, and were nice. They let us use the electricity and sit in the lobby without restriction.
