Everything in this property was absolutely amazing, a five star standard. The staff were so kind and helpful I cannot express enough how nice they were! The room was absolutely lovely. I have stayed in many hotel but have experienced anything like this one before. They make every guest feel so special. The staff are what make the place nice. Our Concierge Annalaura was amazing! They upgarated our room like a compliment. She organized all our program and reservations perfectly. The Hotel exceeded my expectations so much! Luxury facilities, classy environment. Boutique place with style. Much better that other 5 star hotels in the island. The staff was super attentive, nice and friendly. The hotel was incredibly clean and a short walk to the main area of Capri. The hotel staff were amazing. Maria went above and beyond to make us comfortable while celebrating our anniversary. Room 406 was exceptional and would highly recommend.
