Everything! The hotel is simply splendid and decorated with lots of taste. The room, terrasse and jacuzzi were amazing and the 4 pools with different sizes, ambiances and atmospheres will please everyone. The American buffet was great: varied, fresh, and tasty. Finally the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I highly recommend!

Room was clean, spacious, quiet with an amazing view on the caldera. We got upgraded to a room with a jaccuzi that we really enjoyed. Swimming pool is big, well maintained and you can drink a good cocktail while watching Fira. Breakfast is fresh with plenty of choices. Coffee was particularly good. What makes this hotel go from very good to perfect is the staff that was very welcoming, warm and helpful. Overall a quiet Luxury and authentic place where we spent our one week honeymoon and we will keep wonderdul memories. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was delicious. The host Stamatina gave us helpful information of the area. Her driver came and picked up us and also drove us back to the port on our departure day. Transfer was included. She even packed breakfasts to take with us on our early departure. Free parking at the house accommodation.

The premises are beautiful and extremely well kept. The staff was very friendly, always at reach and with personal touch. The restaurant that offered breakfast, lunch and dinner is for sure the nicest and best in the area. Also the beach managed by the hotel was probably the best (and less crowded) in Kamari

I loved everything. From the moment I booked till the moment I sadly had to leave. Obviously the rooms are on an amazing location, very well decorated, modern, and with excellent view. Enigma go above and beyond to make a difference offering a truly personal touch to your stay. Upon arrival you are surprised with a welcome bottle of wine and for a goodbye they will treat you a drink on the house. Amazing breakfast options available included and served on your balcony so you can enjoy it with a great view. All members of staff were amazing. Special thank you to Mary for sharing continuously tips for our stay and advice on things to do and Chryssa for her help.

This traditional house is fantastic! Our room was spacious, comfortable and cozy. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room, the restaurant and the pool were always clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They put two bottles of water in the fridge every day. We received a super map with a detailed description of the island, made by the owner. We had a perfect holiday in this familar place.
