Great hotel. We were among the first people staying here as it had only recently opened so not all ammenities were available yet. Location is absolutely stunning, the view from our terrace and from the main restaurant was amazing. Very calm area at this time of year (end of april), which allows you to enjoy the true charm of Crete. The staff in the hotel was super nice, rooms very comfortable and excellent service. We booked half board and are both vegetarian. We loved the food, allthough not specifically targetted to vegetarians. More than enough options at the buffet but would have been great to see some vegetarian versions of Greek classics (veggy moussaka for example?). Specific shoutout to Marios, who made us feel super comfortable and we actually missed him on his one day off.

We had a really lovely week with our 9 month old baby in a junior suite (with pool). The room was lovely, and worked perfectly for us with a baby, allowing us to relax during her naps. The main pool area is gorgeous too. The food was excellent, at the time of our stay it was a buffet but we were told they are going back to à la carte. The complimentary massage was a very nice extra and we rated the spa highly. The location is great, on the edge of Elounda. We walked in to the town which is doable along a lane (unlit) but easier when not baking hot. Taxis are easy and affordable. The hotel private beach is lovely and the shuttle to get there works extremely well. The staff are a true asset to this hotel. They really go above and beyond are are so so friendly and kind. They made us so welcome and were exceptionally lovely to our baby. Special mention to the guys running the breakfast, dinner and bar! A further special mention to Athina running the kids club who was wonderful! All in all: a gorgeous and calm boutique-y all inclusive hotel/villas and we would certainly return.

Beautiful grounds and stylish and comfortable rooms. It didn't feel too busy and we always managed to get a spot by the pool when we wanted. Pool bar and restaurant was really great and the a la carte menu was amazing, some of the best hotel food we have had. Reception were friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We'd especially like to give a special mention to Nikos, Anna and Angela, who were all super friendly and accommodating!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Amazing views, pools, food and staff made our stay very relaxing and memorable.

No breakfast but great location. A few minutes to the lake, 10 to Amouda beach, 5 to Ammos beach. Everything close by.

This 5-star resort is situated in the beautiful seaside village of Sissi.
