We were escorted to the apartment which was helpful. The snugs (apartments) were very unusual in their design, a bit tight (hence the name, snug) but absolutely fabulous, well thought out. We stayed with fully grown teenagers who found the bunk beds to be lovely and big singles. Would definitely stay again.Guest review byDebraFamily with young children
