The hotel is lovely, easy to find, with very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is amazing and they were beyond our expectations, they helped us with everything (recommending restaurants, giving us a map with the most visited points in Lourdes). We had a beautiful view from the room to the mountains, and there are also rooms with views to the river. The breakfast was also very good and full with a lot of things. Our stay at this hotel was one of the nicest, we strongly recommend it and we will come back for sure!

Friendly staff, beautiful garden and free parking just at the back of the hotel. Clean, spacious room. Excellent stay. We were worried to walk to the Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes, but it was just 10-15 min walk.

We had a family room and was very comfortable and clean . Location was very Good. 10-15 min to the grotto . I walk with walking crutch.

We were met with a very friendly and helpful reception. We enjoyed both the evening meal and the breakfast that were served in front of an open log fire. The room was spacious and comfortable with a pleasant view. Parking is in the large driveway in front of the chateau and the wifi works well. A charming location. We will return.

It is a nice decent calm hotel. the Staff is friendly and trustfull very polite and welcoming to your questions and doubts the reception is 24 to help u in everything. a lot of people who do the peregrinage go there so it is very religious hotel I love it also because it has its own chapel to pray. (need to book in advance for free) so close to the center I love it.
