We truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will definitely come back during our next holiday. My husband had already visited the Waldorf in the Maldives, and we were very happy with the experience here in Cairo as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, especially Abdallah (the lifeguard), Esraa, and Maryam, Nourhan,Nour ,who were waitresses at Ayda Restaurant — they were so kind and made our daughter feel very special. The Head Chef was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious — everything was perfect and beyond our expectations. The reception team was very helpful, and housekeeping was outstanding. Amazing property. they gave us a double free upgrade. the hotel was super busy due to high season but they always found a way to be fast. the level of the staff and the English proficiency was really high compared to the hotel that we had in Luxor (which was 5star and from an international group as well). the tours were great and the hotel transportation as well, you should use those.

One of the best hotel you can find in Heliopolis ! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. I must give a special mention to the staff of the Noble House : Khaled, Ayman, Eva, Youssef, Abd Elfatah, Walid, Chef Hassanein, Chef Abd Elaziz and Chef Nagy. The hotel has a beautiful environment with nice green areas, a club, and a swimming pool. The staff were very kind, and there were security guards in all parts of the hotel, which made us feel safe. We also got a warm welcome when we arrived and a friendly goodbye when we left. Overall, the hotel was really great.

Sofitel El Gezirah is a 5-star luxury hotel with a private promenade along the Nile.
