from the moment I arrived in reception, I was made to feel like a King! The gentleman checking me in was called Alex, and it was like having a personal concierge for my whole stay. He was very professional, but with such a happy demeanour to go with it. Great hospitality skill set. The spa is incredible, the view, the gym and the facilities.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating! The hotel and rooms are incredibly clean. Also, location is in a very nice, quiet part of Laureles but only blocks away from the fun stuff! Would definitely recommend to any one looking to enjoy a beautiful part of Medellin.
