There was an important incident. I feel I must share it with you.. on my arrival I gave house keepibg some clothes to be dry cleaned..sfter one hour the housekeeper came to my room and showed me pohotos of money and my laundry .. which I left in my trousers.. Hours later, in my way out, I stopped by the reception where they gave me the money in a sealed envelope I requested to see the person who found the money so she came I offered her money away to say thank you for her honesty she refused in very humple nice manner .. as she said it was her job to do that and doesn't accept gratuities for the job she is getting paid for ... by the way, the money was found equivalent about one week of her salary That was a good lesson 👏

Me and my partner were staying at the hotel during Canton Fair. Location is very good, 2 metro lines (5 and 6), metro station is across the road (exit b1 and b2). Shuttle to the fair was provided by the hotel. It was really good as people wasted time in queue for a taxi, and metro station was overcrowded especially in the evening when fair closed. Breakfast was very good, for me it was not like a breakfast- it was like a dinner due to big choice of meal- Chinese food was served, it was tasty and not too spicy, pastries, vegetables, fruits, coffee. Bottle water was provided all the time- in the room, restaurant, reception. Rooms- we had 2 reservations, one is standard room, the second is business room. Both were really good and comfortable, only size is bigger. Towels were changed daily. There are mini fridge, air conditioner, safety box in the room. Slippers, umbrella, even scales have been provided there. WiFi- not bad , but not all websites are working on it, we used eSIM and 4G for all full internet access. Not all staff speak English, they use translator device so don’t be worried you can understand each other. 2 girls translators work in the hotel. They help you with any issues and they are in the shuttle to the fair with you also. Big thanks to Jowi she is a nice girl and willing to help you with all your queries. So staff is always ready to support you. It was my birthday there and I’ve got a birthday cake with candles to the room from the hotel staff. They made my day special!!! THANK YOU! Definitely recommend this hotel!
