The location is excellent. Just 7 mins away by foot from the main train station (Interlaken Ost). There is a nice beautiful park just a minute from the hotel and many shops and the Casino. The staff is very kind. The room is very beautiful with a great view. And beds are huuuuge!! Even 3 people can fit in just 1 bed.

I got a free upgrade from a budget room to a suite because I only stayed for one night and the room was free which was super kind and surprising. Also, the breakfast was amazing and well executed and the staff was super friendly. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is at a great location close to the station. The staff thinks along with you and is genuinely involved with their guests. The bed was very comfortable.

Very nice staff, they allowed me to park my motorcycle in front of the house. Good communication, easy self check in, good breakfast options, coffee, juice and different types of bread, amongst others. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
