The bar is great. Welcome drink offered which is fantastic. Prices of food are friendly. Staff are nice and helpful. Good location with supermarket and restaurant nearby. Everything are clean and tidy.

We love the hotel, it was a fantastic experience, the food (3 meals provided) was 5 stars quality,staff very friendly and helpful,the facilities clean, the only minor comment was the rooms were too small for a family of 4, but the place was out of this world, highly recommended, if we are back to Sao Paulo, we'll definitely stay here again! Breakfast was just amazing so much choice of fresh fruit and we had the best eggs Benedict just perfection one of the best breakfasts during our South American trip the staff were helpful and friendly the room was great bed was comfortable sleeping 💤 was ace within walking distance of the MASP Art 🖼️ installation that was worth every penny we also went on a City tour booked at the hotel that was excellent went to Batman street the Cathedral and much more was a little pricey but you only visit places this far away from England once just wonderful Maria & Shaun xxx
